What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and execute a roadmap to drive revenue growth for the Media Services business
• Define the long-term strategy for Media Services products, focusing on ad placements and supporting infrastructure
• Engage with advertisers, HTS partners, and Hiring Company users to align product offerings with their needs
• Oversee daily product management for a dedicated engineering team
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine ad products and ensure marketability

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 6 years of product management experience, preferably in advertising
• Proven track record of successfully building and launching products
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and identify trends
• Technical proficiency to effectively communicate with engineering teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and performance insights
