What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop a comprehensive roadmap for self-service online tools that align with strategic priorities and customer needs
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with UX/UI designers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Conduct in-depth user research and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with internal UX experts to ensure self-service functionalities are intuitive and user-friendly
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data-driven insights for continuous optimization

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven experience (8+ years) in digital product management, preferably with self-service features
• BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Internet Technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and with tools like Jira
• Superior organizational skills and ability to thrive in a matrix environment

• Experience in B2B and Manufacturing Industry
• Ability to challenge feature sets or ideas positively and collaboratively
• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
