Principal Product Manager Wfh (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to spearhead the strategic development and implementation of our platform and service offerings tailored for Enterprise clients. In this remote role, you will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and customer success teams to identify and address customer needs, delivering valuable solutions while scaling our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with customer requirements and overall business goals.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on user feedback, organizational objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Facilitate collaboration across various teams to ensure effective product delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison for enterprise product initiatives, engaging with stakeholders to understand and resolve customer challenges.
• Document in detail the necessary requirements, including functional specifications, APIs, data mappings, and user experience guidelines.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint integration opportunities and define product features.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and scale high-quality products.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement and identify new opportunities.
• Remain up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance the product portfolio.

Required Skills

• Over 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Product Manager capacity focused on B2B SaaS solutions.
• Solid understanding of enterprise workflows, APIs, data integrations, and business analytics.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and AI-driven solutions, particularly related to media measurement and optimization.
• Strong customer-centric approach, passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and driving business growth through enterprise solutions.
• Experience in Agile environments, employing methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• A background in the AdTech or MarTech sectors is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
• Proven success in launching high-impact products and fostering strong cross-functional collaborations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, specifically within B2B SaaS platforms.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise workflows, APIs, and data integrations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing product development and engaging with stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
