Principal Product Manager Wfh (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to establish the product vision, strategic direction, and roadmap.
• Manage the product development life cycle from conception to launch, ensuring each product meets high-quality standards and aligns with organizational objectives.
• Conduct in-depth research to gather insights that inform strategic decisions and guide critical product initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, Support) to ensure smooth product launches and transitions.
• Make autonomous product decisions and take ownership to drive meaningful outcomes that advance business goals.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS products.
• At least 1 year of experience in a startup setting, demonstrating flexibility in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated project management expertise and a proven ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive, self-directed mindset, with the capability to take initiative and address challenges confidently.
• Technical knowledge, including a solid grasp of complex systems, databases, and APIs, to ensure that products achieve both short- and long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Proven track record of success in product management, particularly with SaaS offerings.

This fully remote position is available to candidates based in the United States. We offer:
