We’re partnering with an award winning, privately-owned agency that’s an  “industry heavyweight” when it comes to attracting and retaining senior, local market talent. 

There’s a lot to like around how this agency does things:

• Sustained Growth – now 30+ heads in stunning offices in Sydney’s CBD, plus opening Melbourne this year. 30% growth in the last 12 months and no redundancies since opening in 2013.
• Lead from the front approach – every member of the leadership team is hands-on. One of their biggest USP’s is their relationships at the top end and how this generates work for the team.
• Culture – tailored towards senior agency recruiters (av. age is 30+) who need a certain amount of flexibility (no set WFH policy, it’s your time and your desk!) and who can work autonomously. There’s no KPI’s or heavy-handed management with this agency.
• Performance – average billing range of $400K-$600K pa with multiple $1M+ billers in the Sydney team to work and learn from. 

The Role 

There is now a real business need to hire a Senior / Principal Marketing Recruiter to join an established Marketing & Digital Division.

You have the opportunity to work a broad range of Marketing roles working with a no. of house accounts across both Private Equity and ASX listed powerhouses – Qantas, Woolworths, Macquarie Bank & QBE. 

This is a 360 role, you will still need to generate your own work but there’s a great platform to work from and a significant amount of downward flow of work from the hands on leadership team. 

What are we looking for? 

• 4+ years 360 recruitment experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing 
• A track record around new business and account development 
• The rive, effort and energy to be a top performer! 
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight. We need someone who knows how to run their own business within a business
