Key Responsibilities
As a Principal Technical Consultant, your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Cultivating and sustaining thought leadership in ServiceNow HRSD and/or CSM product capabilities and associated technologies, such as Case and Knowledge Management for HRSD, Onboarding and Transitions, Employee Relations, Manager Hub, Employee Journey Management, Employee Center Pro, Mobile Employee Onboarding, and Virtual Agent for HR.
- Engaging with clients to conduct implementation workshops, collecting business and technical agile user stories.
- Providing consultation on industry standards and ServiceNow best practices, delivering valuable insights to clients.
- Customizing application user interfaces and workflows in accordance with client-specific requirements.
- Developing bespoke reporting solutions and integration components (SSO, LDAP, REST/SOAP Web Services).
- Collaborating closely with ServiceNow technical teams as required.
- Leading or co-leading technical implementation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Preparing comprehensive technology-related deliverables for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Promoting continuous enhancements in our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client feedback.
- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert in delivering ServiceNow solutions for HR and/or CSM, ensuring that all technical deliverables meet high standards of completeness and quality.
- Meeting ServiceNow practice and individual KPIs as specified.
Required Skills
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of substantial experience as a key technical leader in ServiceNow implementations in HRSD and/or CSM.
- Proficiency in Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
- Strong experience in client-facing technical consultancy roles.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML 5.0, and CSS/LESS.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to present technical information clearly and effectively.
- Attention to detail combined with strong creative problem-solving abilities.
- The capability to comprehend business needs and identify appropriate business and technical solutions.
Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) and either Certified Implementation Specialist for HRSD (CIS-HR) or Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM (CIS-CSM) are mandatory.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred; GenAI Now Assist Accreditations are advantageous.

Base Pay Range: (85-)90/hour. Compensation is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location and market conditions.
