Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead and oversee expansive, intricate, multi-year programs that align with corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish long-term technology roadmaps and discern emerging needs affecting future programs.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics, ensuring a transparent connection between program outcomes and business impact while proactively modifying plans as necessary.
  • Communicate succinctly with executive stakeholders regarding program status, risks, and resource requirements, enabling informed strategic decisions.
  • Build and lead steering committees with essential stakeholders to synchronize on progress, risk mitigation strategies, and realign strategic priorities as needed.
  • Mentor fellow program managers, fostering a culture of excellence in technical program management.
  • Drive the technical architecture planning for your programs, ensuring compatibility, scalability, and security according to company-wide technology standards.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with leaders across departments to ensure alignment on high-impact initiatives.

Required Skills

  • A robust background in technical program/project management with over 12 years of experience leading large-scale, multi-year initiatives across various business functions.
  • Experience in technical leadership roles, with insights into data engineering, cloud infrastructure, security compliance, and DevOps practices being advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication capabilities, particularly in engaging and influencing executive stakeholders regarding strategic initiatives.
  • Proficient in establishing and implementing risk management frameworks, with a proactive stance on identifying and addressing potential risks that could hinder business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading complex, multi-year programs that align with organizational goals.
