Position Overview

As a Principal Technical Program Manager (Mobile), you’ll work within our Construction Solutions division, leading programs that streamline delivery and go-to-market execution for the ACS R&D organization. This role demands a strategic thinker with robust experience managing Mobile (App) Technical Programs across multiple stakeholders and organizations

You’ll Focus On Delivering Complex Programs And Developing Mobile (App) Release And Program Processes Across The Entire Software Development Lifecycle, Including

  • Discover: Shaping customer feedback into actionable product backlog items.
  • Plan: Managing prioritized roadmaps and biannual planning cycles.
  • Execute: Coordinating development and release processes.
  • Manage: Supporting and maintaining product quality post-launch.

In this role, you’ll develop tools, processes, and best practices to empower Mobile teams to collaborate efficiently, track progress, and deliver impactful results. You’ll also partner across the organization to manage dependencies, resolve overlaps, and optimize workflows. A key goal for this role is implementing and delivering executive communications and creating awareness for Mobile initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Mobile(App) organization-wide programs, ensuring successful delivery with clear outcomes
  • Build and maintain program plans, timelines, and communication dashboards for transparency
  • Track performance metrics and conduct audits to inform reporting cadences
  • Proactively identify, mitigate and resolve risks or blockers
  • Drive key decisions and ensure they are documented and actioned
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and program management peers to align strategies
  • Lead and implement effective communication and collaboration across teams and for different levels of the organization
  • Establish and share best practices and tools to enhance productivity and documentation
  • Implement and evolve Mobile (App) Release processes
  • Act as an ambassador for the Mobile teams across the organization
  • Drive Technical Solution Decisions as needed and document outcomes as well as tradeoffs

Minimum Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience managing complex software projects across multiple teams
  • Technical background or skill set with dedicated Mobile App and Cloud Platform experience
  • Proven ability to design and implement large-scale process improvements
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering methodologies and development lifecycles
  • Experience working with globally distributed and remote teams
  • Proficient in tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proactive problem solver with a bias for action
  • Master at time management, prioritization, scheduling, and organization
  • Skilled at managing dependencies across diverse teams and priorities
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI) and SDLC tools(JIRA, Confluence, AirTable, Miro, etc.)
