Position Responsibilities

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Services Sales Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our professional services offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for services, building relationships with key decision-makers, and positioning our services to meet clients’ unique business needs in collaboration with our license and Customer Succes teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • RFP Support: Develop and present customized responses for the RFP process that outline the scope, timeline, and benefits of our services. Tailor these documents to meet specific client needs.
  • Requirement Analysis: Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, goals, and service requirements. Assess how our professional services (e.g., consulting, implementation, support, training) can address their needs and create long-term value.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales process from the VOC stage through to closing. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., service delivery, operations) to ensure that solutions align with client expectations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal service delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs, that services are delivered as promised, and that client satisfaction is maintained throughout the engagement.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, and track pipeline activity.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in implementation services or support, with a strong focus on selling professional services
  • Consultative Sales: Proven experience in a consultative sales environment, with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Project Management: Understanding of how professional services engagements are delivered, including familiarity with scoping, project timelines, resource management, and client communication.
