Position Overview
We are looking for a Privacy Spacialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on the practical implementation of privacy practices, understanding the technical aspects of our products, and ensuring data protection requirements are met. This role is essential for maintaining compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations in our SaaS segment, especially in the context of AI and machine learning technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain data protection and privacy practices in accordance with GDPR and other relevant regulations, including facilitating periodic privacy audits to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and product development, to integrate privacy requirements into the product lifecycle.
- Support the conduct of data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) to identify and mitigate privacy risks.
- Oversee data protection measures
- Negotiate data processing agreements with customers
- Monitor and assess the impact of AI and machine learning technologies on privacy, ensuring ethical use and compliance.
- Support training programs to raise awareness and promote a culture of privacy within the organization.
- Stay up to date with changes in privacy regulations, best practices, and global privacy trends.
- Communicate technical privacy concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Evaluating and managing privacy risks associated with third-party vendors
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GDPR and other data protection regulations.
- Good abilities to translate policies and theory into practical and technical objectives.
- Familiarity with information security management
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, with a focus on ethical implications and privacy.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Committed to continuous learning and staying updated on privacy trends and regulations.
