Position
We are seeking licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agents to work remotely from South Carolina. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise to serve a diverse clientele across multiple states, providing customized personal lines insurance solutions tailored for high-net-worth individuals and specialized carriers. This position is well-suited for candidates with robust customer service experience who are eager to nurture enduring client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary service to clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses regarding coverage, risk assessment, billing, and policy modifications.
- Equip clients with insightful market analysis and guide them in making prudent insurance decisions.
- Utilize available products and services, including surplus lines and excess flood placements, to effectively manage complex client risk scenarios.
- Conduct annual renewal assessments to evaluate client exposures and loss history, making appropriate product recommendations.
- Maintain client accounts within the CRM system, ensuring the accuracy of all documentation provided to clients.
- Work collaboratively with underwriting teams to negotiate terms, coverage limits, pricing, and conditions with insurance carriers.
Required Skills
- Active Property and Casualty License is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal lines insurance customer service.
- Familiarity with high-net-worth insurance carriers such as Chubb, PURE, and AIG.
- Exceptional written communication abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong decision-making skills with a positive attitude and a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and carrier quoting tools.
- Capability to excel both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Availability from Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
Qualifications
- Candidates must hold an active Property and Casualty License.

Compensation And Benefits
- Base Salary: (47,500 – )79,000, complemented by performance-based incentives.
- Benefits package includes 401(k) matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and parental leave.
- All costs associated with licensing and continuing education are covered, with an estimated value of $11,500.
