Job Opportunity: Process Optimization Analyst

Location: Remote, based in Buenos Aires, Northern GBA (required).

We are seeking a Process Optimization Analyst to join our team and contribute to exciting projects for U.S.-based clients. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about process automation, optimization, and leveraging innovative technologies to drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to analyze, design, and implement optimized processes using no-code tools like Airtable.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose structured, scalable solutions tailored to client needs.
• Document processes and solutions with clarity and detail, ensuring all stakeholders understand the logic and implementation.
• Support the integration of automation tools like Zapier and Make.com to streamline workflows.

Must-Haves

• Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering or other Engineering field (required), demonstrating strong critical and logical thinking capabilities.
• Experience: 3+ years in process optimization, business process analysis, or a related field, with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with international clients.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience with Airtable is highly desired. If you don’t have experience, you will receive hands-on training to master Airtable, as our client solutions are primarily built using this platform.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets or Excel.
• Familiarity with other no-code tools like Zapier, Make.com, document signing services, and integrating AI in business processes.
• Coding experience is an advantage but not required. (Python, Javascript, Google AppScript).
