Process Engineer (Remote)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining streamlined operations, ensuring that all processes are optimized and adhere to set standards. This role requires a deep understanding of process management, the ability to analyze metrics effectively, and exceptional communication skills to manage internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Keep project documentation and process manuals continuously updated
• Analyze program metrics to create valuable highlights and meaningful reports for stakeholders
• Assist the delivery manager with staffing operations, including opening positions and coordinating with talent teams and interviewers
• Facilitate meeting scheduling for both internal and external engagements
• Organize team initiatives such as meetings, teambuildings, and dedicated trainings
• Enhance communication with various teams, building and fostering relationships
• Proactively support business processes to fulfill program and project needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination, administration, or team management in an international environment
• Proficiency in creating project reports and analyzing metrics to present valuable data to clients
• Competency in interacting and communicating with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Sheets, Docs etc.)
• Great time management skills with flexibility to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Capability to thrive in a multi-project, multi-task environment
• English proficiency with C1 level in writing and speaking

• Background in proposal writing or project documentation
• Experience with staffing processes
• Expertise in organizing team networking initiatives
