Title:
Procurement Administrator
The project is a major infrastructure and built environment programme for a mixed-use development aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. KBR will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
– Support the analysis and evaluation of tender submissions for all tendered projects in the Programme.
– Part of the evaluation team made up of PMC Pre-contracts support staff, Project Controls staff preparing tender financial analysis and design consultant evaluation team.
– Administration to the production of evaluation reports within the agreed time.
– Assists the Procurement Manager with the production of the written report and associated cover letters and paper for representation to the client.
– Part of the evaluation teams to ensure that they meet the Project objectives by establishing contracts on time, in an ethical manner always, and truly in accordance with project procedures.
– Maintaining detailed records and registers of all procurement packages.
– Maintaining records of status of DGCL Procurement Packages and milestones.
– Support in establishing and recording weekly and monthly procurement team meetings.
– Support in preparation of presentations.
– Administrative support as directed by the Procurement Director.
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
– 5 years’ experience.
– Minimum relevant experience 2 years in similar role.
– Minimum Regional Experience 3 years.
– Undergraduate degree.
– Articulate, well organised, and able to work under pressure.
– Self-motivated, conscientious, and flexible attitude.
– Ability to supervise others.
– Strong capability in all MS Office applications.
