Procurement Lead – Not for Profit – Newly Created Greenfield Role – London Base/Remote working available – £50k – £55k

Location: Central London with remote working optional

Household not-for-profit seek an experienced procurement leader with a track record of developing and imbedding procurement process to join their organisation in this newly created role. They’re looking to grow a brand-new procurement team, so this role will closely with cross-functional stakeholders to bring them on the procurement journey and manage spend across a variety of areas.

As the Procurement Lead you will:

• Help design & implement innovative procurement strategies across the full range of spend areas with a predominant focus on fundraising, IT, and Indirect Services
• Manage the executive stakeholder community, honing your influencing skills and playing a key role in the further progression of procurement
• Own the cradle-to-grave procurement process (ITT, RFP, RFQ, contract drafting & negotiation, supplier relationship management SRM etc)
• Spot opportunities to leverage procurements impact across the wider business
• Build a strategy roadmap with plans for additional headcount in your team

Required experience & Qualifications-

• Experience in a procurement leadership role, working with senior stakeholders to bring them on the procurement journey
• Full working knowledge of end-to-end procurement lifecycle, with exceptionally strong stakeholder management, strategic sourcing and project management skills
• A passion for joining an organisation keen to make a difference
• Degree & CIPS (or studying towards)
