Job Overview

We are in search of a dynamic Content and Social Media Producer who possesses a flair for storytelling and a talent for transforming concepts into captivating content. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our brand’s presence across various digital platforms, fostering engagement, and building connections with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, edit, and disseminate engaging multimedia content for social media channels, sales materials, the company website, and email communications.
  • Compose keyword-optimized organic web content and persuasive landing page copy.
  • Design captivating email templates for diverse marketing initiatives and events.
  • Assist in creating sales enablement materials and resources for educational support.
  • Manage and expand our national social media presence by curating and scheduling content strategically.
  • Collaborate with student life and campus teams to establish effective content sourcing systems.
  • Supervise campus social media accounts and mentor account leaders through training and by supplying content resources.
  • Evaluate content performance metrics and offer actionable recommendations for enhancement.
  • Ensure that all content adheres to our brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent style and quality reflective of our tone of voice.

Required Skills

  • Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite.
  • Proficient in email marketing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
  • Experience with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related domain.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field is preferred.
