Job Description

As a Roblox Experience Producer, you will be the driving force behind the creation of immersive, successful brand activations within the Roblox ecosystem. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of what makes Roblox titles not just playable but profitable. You’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams, guide creative development, and ensure every project meets both client expectations and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Activations: Turn client dreams into Roblox realities that don’t just engage players but blow their minds. If you can’t translate brand goals into viral experiences, this isn’t your gig.
• Creative Direction: Lead the charge on all creative fronts, from killer visuals to tight gameplay mechanics. Your portfolio should scream, “I make magic happen.”
• Economy Design: Build in-game economies that don’t just monetize but thrive. Think retention, engagement, and profits. Bring data, insights, and the hustle to make every title a winner.
• Project Oversight: Own the process! Wrangle teams, hit deadlines, and keep budgets under control. If something falls apart, it won’t be on your watch.
• Client Collaboration: Be the face of the project. Keep clients hyped and informed, translating their big-picture ideas into actionable plans that deliver.
• Quality Control: QA isn’t just a checkbox. Your experiences will be bug-free, seamless, and ready to impress on launch day. Period.
• Post-Launch Optimization: You’re not done after launch. Drive engagement, crank up monetization, and keep players coming back with smart updates and relentless attention to detail.



Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience producing branded Roblox experiences or similar digital activations.
• Proven success in designing profitable in-game economies and monetization strategies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction and standout branded projects on Roblox.
• Expertise in Roblox Studio and platform tools.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
