About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We’re looking for a skilled and driven Product Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping the user experience while driving data-informed decisions. As a Product Analyst, you will analyze user behavior and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to help optimize our platform and support strategic product development. If you’re passionate about working with data, uncovering actionable insights, and making an impact on a cutting-edge platform, this is the perfect role for you!
Tasks:
- Analyze user behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improving product performance and engagement.
- Define, monitor, and report on key product KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B tests to assess the impact of features and design changes.
- Monitor the product lifecycle, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance user retention, acquisition, and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (Product Analyst, Data Analyst, etc.).
- Strong expertise in mathematical statistics and applying statistical tests to business problems.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with Airflow and DBT tools for data pipelines and workflows.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (preferably Tableau).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present data-driven insights.
- At least B1 knowledge of English language, and advanced Russian language.
