About Position

The Product Architect will use their technical skillset to translate clinical requirements into product requirements and lead the configuration design for K2MS products within Australia.

Location: Melbourne VIC

Status: Full time

Salary Range: $120,000 – $130,000 + superannuation

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Clinical Leads to translate business requirements into technical requirements for delivery.
• Work with the Sales Department to provide technical pre-sales for our products throughout Australia.
• Lead and mentor other Professional Services resources to enforce best practices within the configuration of K2MS products.
• Architect and design K2MS products in line with customer requirements.
• Complete configuration in K2MS products where required.
• Be a conduit between the Professional Services and Research & Development departments to enable product delivery.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline.
• .NET Framework C# and SQL Server programming, troubleshooting and testing skills, 4-5 years commercial experience
• Strong data modelling and relational database design skills (SQL Server)
• Experience working within support teams to help drive the best customer experience possible
• Experience architecting full stack Microsoft solutions
• Experience conducting pre-sales activities in a customer facing role.
• Quality focused
• A real team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Experience in healthcare would be highly regarded
• Familiarity with clinical software, quality methodologies (waterfall and agile), and project management
• Experience working with K2MS products would be beneficial
