🌟 Mission:
As a Product Designer for our Regate business unit, you will join Qonto’s Design Studio and you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our productivity tools. Your mission is to deliver impactful solutions across six verticals, enhancing the user experience for certified accountants and their customers who rely on our product daily. You’ll work closely with Jeremie and Lucas, contributing to the integration of Regate into Qonto’s ecosystem.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Product Designer for our Regate business unit, you will:
- Design and deliver high-quality solutions for complex, data-heavy products used intensively by our customers.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to develop a cohesive and scalable design language.
- Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the evolution of our product
- Participate in design critiques and workshops, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.

You’ll report to Jeremie , Lead Product Designer.
Jeremie values autonomy and encourages team members to gain comprehensive product knowledge while recognizing the benefits of specialization. He provides guidance on complex accounting aspects and fosters a feedback culture for continuous improvement.
🏅 About You:
- Proven experience in product design within tech companies or innovative startups/scale-ups.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in system design, visual design, and user research.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a history of working effectively within cross-functional teams.
- A passion for solving complex problems and a relentless focus on the user experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with French being a plus.
