In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of developers, product managers, and marketing specialists to design intuitive user interfaces for our web-based applications. Your passion for UI/UX design, combined with your understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies, will play a crucial role in creating seamless and engaging experiences for our users.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with the product management team to understand project requirements and user needs
• Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Design user interfaces for web-based applications, ensuring consistency and coherence across all screens and interactions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and business requirements.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing support and clarification as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and techniques into the design process
• Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design principles
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system and style guide, maintaining consistency and scalability across all products
• Actively participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and team meetings to foster a collaborative and innovative environment

Who will excel?

• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch or similar
• Experience in designing user interfaces for web-based applications, with a strong focus on usability and accessibility
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies, with a passion for exploring the possibilities of Web 3.0
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing specialists
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale
• Experience conducting user research, gathering feedback, and iterating designs based on user insights
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work, including examples of UI/UX projects and any experience related to crypto or blockchain applications
• Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design or a related field is preferred and a solid 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of trends and best practices in digital design, with a willingness to stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies
