Overview
The Product Designer will be an integral member of our Design team, focusing on creating intuitive and effective user experiences. You’ll work collaboratively with other designers, product managers, and engineers to design and improve product features. This role combines practical design execution with user research to deliver compelling solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.
The ideal candidate will be a talented hands-on designer who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to create excellent user experiences while growing their strategic design thinking skills.
What You Will Do
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for product features
- Track record of shipping high-quality product designs, with experience owning projects from concept through to launch
- Participate in user research activities to inform design decisions
- Design and maintain UI components that align with our design system
- Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements and user needs
- Work with Engineering to ensure designs are technically feasible
- Participate in post-engineering reviews to ensure feature implementation matches design specifications
- Contribute to design critiques and team brainstorming sessions
- Create prototypes to test and validate design solutions
- Document design decisions and maintain design documentation
- Apply UX best practices and patterns in your work
- Participate in design sprints and ideation sessions
Requirements
What you will need
- 3+ years of experience in product design
- 2+ years of experience working on B2B SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX work and design process
- Full proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Understanding of user-centered design methodologies
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Knowledge of current UI design principles and interaction patterns
- Strong communication skills, able to explain design decisions clearly
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Basic understanding of web technologies and their constraints
Nice To Have
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Basic knowledge of accessibility standards
- Understanding of data-informed design decisions
