What we’re looking for
We are looking for a Product Designer to help build the next generation of the professional social network. The ideal candidate for this role will be skilled at each stage of the design process, but always focused on the needs of the customer. You will work cross-functionally across our organization and directly with our customers. What you’ll do
- Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.
- Define and execute research initiatives (usability tests, surveys, interviews, market research, and so on).
- Create deliverables (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, flows, and so on) to communicate ideas.
- Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Work with Product and Engineering to iterate on and refine the existing experience.
- Stay up-to-date on current industry trends and market conditions.
Your skills and experience
- You are comfortable with higher order thinking, but also hands-on in creating mocks and building alignment with stakeholders.
- (Preferred) You have early-stage startup experience.
- 3+ years experience designing digital products; bonus points for having experience in the SaaS space.
- Strong skills in Figma.
- Proven experience in wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
- Ability to collect, interpret and incorporate both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- A well-rounded portfolio of work, demonstrating a mastery of UX.
- Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences.
- Experience working with engineers to ensure they deliver on design requirements.
Why The Suite?
- You want to join an incredibly ambitious team to build the #1 company in this space.
- We’re remote-friendly with a global team. This means a flexible work schedule and “work from anywhere” environment.
- Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance and unlimited vacation policy.
