Your Role:

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer who is obsessed with simplicity, intuitiveness, and driving adoption. You’ll lead both user research and UX design, ensuring our product delivers a seamless user journey and delivers immediate value. You will be a key partner in shaping our product direction from the very start. If you love challenging the status quo and transforming complexity into simplicity, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead user research to identify ways to simplify the product, improve adoption, and create delightful user experiences.
• Design intuitive, user-friendly experiences that deliver immediate value and create a frictionless user journey.
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and test ideas, leveraging customer feedback to refine designs.
• Work closely with our founders and other cross-functional partners to build a unified product vision.
• Take ownership of the full design cycle, from initial concept through research, design, testing, and refinement.
• Continuously challenge and improve existing designs to keep us ahead of the competition.

About You:

• 5+ years of experience in UX design and user research.
• Experience working in startups, contributing to product strategy and vision.
• Strong passion for creating intuitive, adoption-focused designs, with an eye for simplicity.
• Proven experience talking directly with customers, empathizing with their needs, and questioning the status quo to understand how to improve the user journey.
• Proficiency in user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and designing for the entire product lifecycle.
• High energy and adaptable mindset, comfortable with the fast-paced, challenging environment of startups.
