Project Overview
The project involves designing and enhancing key product areas for a cutting-edge technology company specializing in AI-driven solutions for the financial services sector. The company leverages advanced natural language processing (NLP) and AI technologies to optimize enterprise-wide productivity and compliance through innovative voice-based automation. The role focuses on a hybrid approach, combining hands-on UX/UI design with strategic, product-oriented thinking to deliver impactful design solutions that drive measurable value for the product and its users. Key focus areas may include SVG design work and developing a stock proposition, with opportunities for close collaboration in Agile team environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams during daily stand-ups and planning sessions to align design efforts with project goals.
• Design and refine key product areas, such as SVG work or stock propositions, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
• Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and effective UX/UI solutions.
• Balance hands-on design work with strategic product-oriented thinking to enhance product outcomes.
• Contribute to product innovation by leveraging insights and understanding of AI-driven solutions for financial services.
• Use design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) to create prototypes, wireframes, and final designs that align with the company’s objectives.
• Ensure design work delivers measurable value and supports enterprise-wide productivity and compliance goals.
• Participate in Agile workflows, contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Communicate design ideas and solutions effectively to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in UX/UI and product design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and creating SVG designs.
• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, ideally in financial services.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to balance hands-on design work with strategic product thinking.
• Experience working in Agile teams and participating in stand-ups and planning sessions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Focus on delivering design solutions that drive measurable product outcomes.
• Proficiency in English and Polish at a communicative level.
