A small, energetic and expert team is inviting a Creative Product Designer to shape the visual identity of their products, bringing complex data to life through engaging visualizations, and crafting seamless user experiences that resonate with their clients.
What you will be doing
- Creating greenfield, cutting edge and revolutionary technology with intuitive and impactful user experiences.
- Design responsive user interfaces with a focus on visual aesthetics and user experience.
- Represent the design function across teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand and product goals.
- Work closely with founders and leaders of the company, and other teams to navigate hard conversations and drive design outcomes.
- Participate in discussions with clients to empathize with their needs and ensure UX meets their expectations.
- Define and implement UX strategies that prioritize user research and deliver competitive experiences.
- Contribute to and iterate on design systems to reflect organizational and product goals.
- Leverage research, client feedback, and testing to refine and elevate the design experience.
What you will bring to the team
- Proven success in your product design journey, with a desire to make strategic design decisions in a fast-moving environment.
- A strong understanding of UI tools and building screens, demonstrated through a compelling portfolio.
- Strategic UX capabilities, including end-to-end ownership of the user experience.
- Ability to iterate quickly, improve design quality, and take ownership of specific outcomes across various design buckets.
- Empathy and the ability to synthesize client needs into actionable design adjustments.
- Experience in conducting research and adapting to user expectations.
- Skill in translating technical inputs from teams (engineering, security, etc.) into intuitive and cohesive designs.
- Ability to explain complex product functionalities (e.g., AI analysis of data) in a way that resonates with end users.
- Comfortable with stakeholder discussions, representing design across teams, and making impactful decisions on brand and product look and feel.
