Product Designer (Remote)

What we’re looking for

As a Product Designer at a Pie, you are responsible for leading the design efforts and creating user-centered designs that align with the company’s business goals and user needs. You will create hi-fidelity mockups and prototypes illustrating possible solutions, workshop these solutions in partnership with the Product and advise on implementation with engineers. Product Designer responsibilities include defining product specifications, creating simple interactions and designing fully-functional products. This role involves close collaboration with the Product Lead and other key stakeholders to ensure the design solutions are effective and contribute to the overall product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality user experiences for web, iOS, Android, and operator platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Development teams to define design requirements, create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, present design concepts to diverse audiences, and ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
• Manage the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across multiple platforms and personas.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities for design enhancements and product differentiation.
• Advocate for user-centered design methodologies and contribute to the improvement of design processes and workflows.
• Marketing design for global website and store materials as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Designer, User Experience Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, primarily Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Proven track record of successfully leading design projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of the design process and delivering impactful solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
