Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the design team, offering strategic guidance to uphold the highest quality standards across all initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure the seamless translation of designs into visually captivating and responsive web experiences.
- Steer the process of end-to-end product design, employing user-centered design principles to craft intuitive and impactful digital experiences for both web and mobile platforms.
- Articulate design concepts, user flows, and prototypes to stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and user needs.
- Foster cross-functional partnerships with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and integrated solutions.
- Drive the development of design guidelines, frameworks, and best practices to elevate the brand while enhancing user experiences.
- Approach complex design challenges with a strategic mindset, transforming ambiguity into clear, actionable plans while effectively managing multiple priorities.

- At least 3 years of experience collaborating with executive leaders.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively alongside engineering teams.

Compensation And Benefits
The base salary range for this full-time position in San Francisco, New York, and Seattle is:
- (182,000—)251,000 USD (based on the employee’s location)
