Responsibilities:
Lead product development by spearheading the creation of cutting-edge toy products, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while exceeding market expectations.

Innovate through collaboration with talented designers and engineers to create imaginative and safe toy designs that inspire joy and creativity in children.

Manage a dynamic toys catalogue database, showcasing our innovative designs and specifications.

Establish comprehensive product specifications and testing requirements that align with industry standards and safety regulations.

Explore new vendor partnerships to elevate our product offerings and maintain the highest quality standards.

Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, manage project timelines, and conduct insightful cost analyses to drive efficiency.

Ensure seamless order tracking with factories and internal teams, guaranteeing alignment with client expectations and timely deliveries.

Coordinate the testing of product samples in labs, diligently following up on results to ensure compliance with customer specifications.

Take on additional projects that ignite your passion and showcase your expertise.

Job Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.

5-10 years of dynamic experience in OEM/ODM product development, specifically within the exciting realm of toys.

Profound knowledge of toy products, production processes, and cost management.

Deep understanding of safety standards and compliance in the toy industry, including ASTM and EN71 regulations.

Proven track record in developing gift and premium toys that captivate and delight.

Meticulous attention to detail, initiative, and exceptional organizational skills.

Keen analytical and problem-solving skills that drive innovation.

Outstanding communication skills, particularly with vendors in China and around the world.

Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin, essential for global collaboration.

We are looking for someone who can jump in with both feet; immediate availability is preferred.
