Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee global teams and lead the development and execution of new product initiatives.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, ensuring smooth feature delivery and rollout to customers and internal teams.
• Take ownership of the social trading platform, steering its growth and continuous improvement.
• Analyze product performance data, leveraging insights to recommend data-driven enhancements that boost user experience.
• Engage directly with users for ongoing feedback, integrating valuable insights into product development.
• Utilize market research and sales data to validate product competitiveness and market relevance.
• Track user behavior and emerging trends, adapting the product strategy as needed to stay ahead.
• Supervise the development process to ensure adherence to project schedules and timelines.

Expectations & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in product development, with a strong track record in managing product lifecycles.
• Essential experience in the CFDs industry; familiarity with Brokerage products and FXBO CRM is advantageous.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate product strategies clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to product improvements.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills, ensuring efficiency in a dynamic work environment.
