Position Summary

The Product Integration Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration of new products into a company’s existing supply chain and material planning systems and processes. The position will coordinate and collaborate with various teams to ensure all components work together effectively. This role will develop detailed integration plans, set timelines, define roles, and identify potential risks. It is crucial for this individual to effectively communicate with stakeholders and COEs across multiple sites, provide regular updates and resolve issues promptly. This role will require the individual to have the ability to lead through influence, drive alignment and results across teams with varying priorities and interests. This role will have the responsibility for ensuring product launches and updates meet operational standards while optimizing supply chain performance.

Core Functions

  • Lead the end-to-end integration of new products into the supply chain, ensuring that all product specifications, requirements, and timelines are clearly understood and communicated across all teams.
  • Lead through influence to coordinate with Product Development, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service to ensure product integration timelines align with supply chain capabilities.
  • Work with the COEs across multiple sites to ensure that new products are integrated with existing inventory, warehouse management, and order fulfillment systems with minimal disruption.
  • Drive down existing inventory cost related to new product engagement.
  • Confirm appropriate POs and set inventory targets.
  • Develop and manage detailed integration plans, timelines, and milestones, monitoring progress to ensure timely and accurate product introductions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all product integration activities, ensuring compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders to ensure smooth and seamless supply chain integration.
  • Facilitate communication across departments to resolve any integration issues or challenges.
  • Lead regular integration meetings to track progress, align objectives, and address potential risks.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding integration progress, challenges, and KPIs (key performance indicators).
  • Identify potential supply chain risks related to new product integrations and develop mitigation plans.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch to quickly address any supply chain-related issues such as stockouts, delays, or quality problems.
  • Implement various MCL related initiatives that impact new product launch.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar supply chain role that includes 2+ years of experience in Project Management and 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • 2+ years material planning experience preferred.

Required Licenses

  • Project Management Certification preferred.

Skills, Abilities, And Knowledge

  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to speak and understand Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep track of various aspects of the integration process.
  • Ability to efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and ensure the integration process stays on track.
  • Ability to lead through influence.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of ERP.
  • Knowledge of Cover 4 PM preferred.
  • Knowledge of Oracle BI preferred.

Travel

  • Occasional travel may be required; up to 25%.
