My Client turns climate goals into actionable business plans with real-time carbon tracking and strategy alignment.
As a Product Manager you will:
- Develop and Prioritize the Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with both business goals and customer needs. Continuously evaluate and prioritize initiatives in line with their company’s objectives for emissions reduction and carbon planning.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, data, customer solutions, design, and sales teams to ensure efficient product delivery and alignment with customer requirements.
- Track and Optimize Product Performance: Monitor key product metrics, making data-driven decisions to refine and adjust the roadmap as necessary.
- Support the End-to-End Customer Journey: Act as a customer advocate, gathering feedback and defining requirements to enhance the entire customer journey. Identify and resolve pain points, reducing total costs and driving value across the user experience.
- Drive Product Adoption and Usage: Lead initiatives to increase adoption and engagement of the company platform among customers and partners. Gather and analyze customer insights to identify areas for improvement, and work closely with customer success and sales to ensure seamless onboarding and support.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert in Planning: Deepen your expertise in enterprise planning products and configurable solutions, enabling you to drive impactful decisions and strategies around product evolution.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in managing and scaling Enterprise B2B SaaS products.
- Bring direct experience with enterprise planning software like Pigment, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar configurable products. – must have
- Are comfortable with SQL and have a solid understanding of BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Possess strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail, with a natural inclination towards data-driven decision-making.
- Have a passion for data and a technically oriented mindset that aligns with product management in a data-driven environment.
- Enjoy working in a customer-facing capacity and are proactive in gathering and synthesizing customer feedback.
- Thrive in a cross-functional environment where collaboration across engineering, data, customer success, and sales is key.
Bonus points if you have:
- Proven experience in data quality assurance, testing, or performance optimization, especially relevant for data-focused product environments.
- Experience with 0 to 1 startup environments or have worked at companies with fewer than 100 employees, showcasing adaptability in smaller, dynamic settings.
- Background in the travel industry or experience with travel data (though not a strict requirement).
- Experience building products from scratch or extensive involvement in the early stages of product development.
