Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead product development initiatives from ideation to commercialization, employing the Ideas to Market (I2M) framework.
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings ensuring cohesive collaboration among Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Research & Development, Quality, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Proactively identify and assess project risks, formulating effective mitigation strategies while communicating necessary trade-offs.
  • Oversee comprehensive timelines for new product launches and productivity projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful achievement of financial and operational targets.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail coupled with adept problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with various organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management, encompassing aspects such as cost of goods sold, logistics, capacity planning, and quality assurance.
  • Ability to navigate uncertainty and provide guidance to teams amid challenges.
  • A genuine passion for motivating and supporting team members in their professional journeys.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in roles concentrated on new product launches, including project management, Research & Development, or Manufacturing, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, or a closely related discipline.
