NeoGenomics is looking for a Product Manager, Data Services who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This role is a remote, Monday – Friday position.

As a Product Manager you are responsible for developing and managing the product roadmap, prioritizing feature release, managing feature backlog/requirements for our Informatics product, and managing the SDLC of their products. The objective is to transform data into knowledge and systems to improve health outcomes and costs by building digital products that empower patients, providers, payers, pharma and cancer researchers.
Core Responsibilities
- Define a product vision and strategy while gathering product requirements
- Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth
- Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
- Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other disciplines
- Develop innovative solutions to problems by collaborating across regions, product areas, and functions
- Facilitate and coordinate to achieve roadmap objectives
- Maintain feature backlog and create project artifacts (e.g. workflow diagrams, requirement documents, wireframes)
- Establish in depth understanding of our data and how to improve, leverage, and commercialize existing and future assets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biology, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent work experience required
- 6 years of experience in product management from conception to launch and working with cross-functional teams
- Experience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
- Experience developing web-enabled products and technologies
- Knowledge of and experience with multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
- Familiar with agile methodology, sprints, and scrum and can lead a team through these methodologies
- SQL and data analysis proficiency
