Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technology-oriented Product Manager to join our fully remote team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to market launch, while working closely with a talented group of professionals committed to enhancing our digital marketing offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Develop, launch, and enhance intricate features that align with our product goals.
• Manage the complete product development process, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
• Conduct thorough research and consolidate insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to support product initiatives, including:

• Assisting the Sales team in creating persuasive sales materials.
• Collaborating with the Account Management team to devise effective customer rollout strategies.
• Working with the Onboarding team to establish streamlined workflows.
• Training the Product Support team and facilitating smooth transitions with various teams.

Required Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, particularly with SaaS applications.
• At least 1 year of experience within a startup environment.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of driving initiatives and fostering cross-team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive, resourceful approach to independent work and initiative-taking.
• A solid technical foundation, enabling effective engagement in complex systems and engineering discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Proven track record of managing product development processes successfully.

Compensation And Benefits

This is a fully remote position available within the U.S. Salary for Mid-Level Product Managers ranges from (130,000 to )160,000, and for Senior Product Managers, it ranges from (150,000 to )180,000, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid holidays, vacation, sick days, and a 401(k) plan.
