What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Build strategic relationships and collaborate with business and application stakeholders to evaluate pain points and optimize improvements
- Conduct internal and external sessions and concept testing with end users using qualitative and quantitative research techniques
- Develop clear and impactful problem statements for application teams to address
- Manage the application roadmap as a shared source of truth for vision, direction, and future enhancements
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable success criteria
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or healthcare discipline
- Minimum of nine years of related experience with in-depth knowledge of associated technology areas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
- Proven ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders and mediate communications effectively
- Experience in healthcare technology preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research techniques
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and wireframing
- Background in developing business cases for new applications and projects
- Knowledge of industry trends and governance structures in healthcare technology
