The Position

We’re seeking a visionary Product Manager to lead the evolution of My OPSWAT, our flagship, AI-powered business portal that unifies every external customer, partner, and community interaction with OPSWAT. As the product’s champion, you will create a holistic, one-stop experience for nearly 2,000 global customers, streamlining license management, integrating cutting-edge customer support, and transforming the partner journey. Your work will not only redefine how users engage with OPSWAT’s entire ecosystem of solutions but will also set a new industry standard for intuitive, intelligent digital experiences.

What You Will Be Doing
- Innovate Customer Support: Transform the entire customer support lifecycle through AI-driven technologies—from self-service workflows to complex case management.
- AI-Powered Chatbot Integration: Leverage cutting-edge AI chatbot capabilities to streamline troubleshooting, reduce costs, and deliver faster resolution times for improved user satisfaction.
- Entitlement & Licensing Management: Define and implement a robust licensing and entitlement framework, fully integrated with backend financial and BI systems.
- Partner Relationship Management: Develop a partner-focused module that seamlessly connects to our enterprise partner management system, enhancing partner enablement and collaboration.
- Certification & Self-Servicing: Create intuitive self-service modules that integrate with the OPSWAT Academy, enabling clear visibility into user status, certifications, and progress.
- Unified Product Management: Deliver a centralized, integrated platform for customers to manage all OPSWAT products—across any deployment—with capabilities for updating, configuring, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- One-Stop Shop Experience: Continually enhance My OPSWAT to serve free, community, and enterprise users worldwide, making their journey efficient, cohesive, and delightful.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Customer Experience, IT and Security, Finance, Sales, and Product teams to align the portal’s roadmap with strategic business objectives.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Analyze user feedback, behavior, and market trends to drive ongoing improvements and ensure the platform meets evolving customer and partner needs.
What We Need From You
- Experience: 5+ years managing complex, integrated digital platforms or portals.
- Customer-Centric Track Record: Proven ability to deliver innovative, engaging user experiences that drive lasting customer value.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with ticketing systems, partner management tools, AI-powered chatbots, and best practices in entitlement and licensing management.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, set priorities, and influence cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability & Passion: Comfortable in fast-paced environments, eager to stay ahead of industry trends, and dedicated to putting customers at the center of every decision.
