+ Collaborate with design and development teams to drive product optimizations and feature developments that enhance user experience and growth potential.

+ Research market trends and competitors to continuously improve product features and marketing strategies.

+ Plan and execute A/B tests and user surveys, collect feedback, and conduct data analysis to optimize product features and functionality.

+ Work closely with the marketing team to drive user acquisition and conversion, developing marketing strategies and campaigns.

** Requirements**

+ **Proficiency in Mandarin for verbal communication is preferred but not required for written proficiency.**

+ Understanding of DoraHacks’ business and familiarity with DoraHacks’ products.

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or related fields with a focus on user growth.

+ Strong data-driven and experimental mindset, experienced with A/B testing and user surveys.

+ Excellent analytical skills, capable of understanding and interpreting user behavior data.

+ Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with design, development, and marketing teams.

+ Deep understanding of user psychology and market behavior, able to develop effective user growth strategies.

+ Excellent English communication skills, capable of effective communication and collaboration with global teams.

+ **Recruiter Call:** A brief 15-30 minute discussion to go over your background and the role.

+ **Test:** You may be required to complete an online test or a take-home assignment to assess your skills relevant to the position.

+ **Team Interview:** A more in-depth session lasting 45-60 minutes with the team you’ll be working with, focusing on your technical skills and team fit.

+ **Final Interview:** A concluding interview of approximately 45 minutes that may involve higher-level management or final decision-makers.
