Requirements
Dealfront is seeking a Product Manager to take over our flagship Target product. This role involves managing and innovating our B2B sales prospecting tool, which serves thousands of users across Europe and the US, helping businesses identify and convert high-quality leads.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure that the product continues to deliver exceptional value to our customers. You’ll be responsible for improving Target’s ability to identify high-intent companies and decision-makers, optimising search filters, and ensuring seamless integration with CRM platforms.

- Data and Insights: Use company and contact data to deliver actionable insights for B2B sales teams, helping them target the right prospects at the right time. Maintain the accuracy and compliance of our extensive European B2B dataset.
- Product Metrics: Define and monitor key product metrics to guide data-driven decisions and assess the impact of new features on user engagement, growth, and retention.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth product launch and ongoing support for the sales and marketing processes.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or sales intelligence sectors.

- Strong understanding of CRM systems and data integration, with a track record of delivering products that align with sales and marketing workflows.
- Expertise in product metrics and data analysis to inform product decisions and optimise product performance.
- Experience with user-centric design, with a focus on driving user engagement through product features.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Benefits
- The chance to work with an experienced, high-achieving and fun team.
- An international, diverse, dynamic and committed work environment.
- The opportunity to work remotely, with a flexible work schedule.
