We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with Web3 background to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies for our software products, ensuring they align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality and impactful software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Lead the product lifecycle from conception to launch, including Planning, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance;
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives;
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives;
• Communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers;
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features;
• Facilitate user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve products;
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and release notes;
• Decreasing a client’s overall onboarding timeline, and helping us understand what are the proper factors that influence this time-to-live metric.
• Act as a product evangelist, sharing insights and fostering a product-centric culture within the organization.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech industry;
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle;
• Web3 Experience is a must.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product concepts to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing;
• Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana is a plus;
• Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership of projects, identify problems, and formulate solutions independently;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams;
• Native/fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
