Position: Product Manager

Overview: REVIV is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, exceptional written communication skills, and experience in managing product ceremonies. This role involves transforming our business vision into reality through robust processes and comprehensive requirement gathering, leading to the successful delivery and analysis of our products. The Product Manager will primarily oversee one product but will also provide support for other products as needed.

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and requirements.

● Develop detailed product roadmaps and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

● Gather and document detailed business requirements and user stories.

● Facilitate product ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

● Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.

● Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

● Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation.

● Analyze product metrics and KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

● Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.

● Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch analysis.

● Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on product status and progress.

● Must be able to create velocity reports / ticket burn down reports

Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

● Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on requirement gathering and process management.

● Strong background in business analysis.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Experience in conducting and managing product ceremonies.

● Solid understanding of product lifecycle management.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

● Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).

● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry.

● Knowledge of IV therapy products and services.

● Certification in product management or business analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
