Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into well-defined product requirements.
Identify and address dependencies across different workstreams and impacted products.
Data-Driven Solutions:
Create data-driven proof of concepts to validate the usability and effectiveness of product outputs.
Develop a deep understanding of the product vision and strategic execution.
Work closely with the development team to ensure successful product delivery.
Data Governance:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of data governance principles and controls.
Ensure that all work and tasks related to data governance are executed in compliance with relevant requirements.
Product Performance and Stakeholder Feedback:
Continuously monitor and report on product performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Actively gather and address stakeholder feedback to enhance product value and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the financial services industry.
Certifications: Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or similar certifications.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and reporting tools. Familiarity with operational risk frameworks and regulations.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with operational risk data and tools within a large financial institution.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to operational risk, such as Basel III, FRTB, and CCAR.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour
