Product Manager (Remote)

**Position Overview**:

Service Seeking Manila is looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead our product development team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience managing teams focused on building enterprise software or web applications. As a Digital Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our digital products including our main web application as well as iOS and Android mobile applications, to ensure they meet user needs and align with our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

– Lead, manage, and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and other stakeholders in the successful delivery of high-quality digital products.

– Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals, taking into account customer needs, market trends, and industry best practices.

– Own and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and utilize JIRA for efficient project tracking and team alignment.

– Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring agile principles are applied and adjusting processes as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

– Work closely with the UX and design teams to create user-friendly interfaces and experiences, ensuring products are both functional and visually engaging.

– Engage in regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates, soliciting feedback, and managing expectations.

– Drive data-informed decision-making and ensure product KPIs are met, leveraging analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve product features.

– Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex concepts into clear and actionable information.

**Qualifications**:

– Minimum of 10 years of experience managing teams focused on building enterprise software or web applications.

– Strong background in software design or user experience (UX) design.

– Proficient in agile product development methodologies and tools, particularly JIRA.

– Demonstrated experience in project management, with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a track record of effective stakeholder management.

– Proven analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

**Preferred Skills**:

– Experience with product management tools, analytics platforms, and agile methodologies.

– Understanding of customer success, user experience research, and continuous product iteration.
