About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to spearhead the development and live operations of our exciting new mobile free-to-play game. You will be a key figure in a small, tight-knit team, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the project and ensuring its success. This role requires a strong understanding of the mobile free-to-play market, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of game development from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Live Operations Management: Plan, implement, and analyze live events, updates, and content releases to maximize player engagement and retention.
- Data Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data to optimize game performance, monetization, and user acquisition efforts.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of developers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with the team, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Startup Mentality: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to the overall growth of the studio.
- Business Planning and Roadmapping: Define the game’s long-term vision, create and maintain a product roadmap, and own the business plan for the game, including revenue projections and cost analysis.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in mobile free-to-play game production, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of live operations strategies and best practices.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques to inform game development decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with a geographically dispersed team.
- Fluency in English (studio language).
Bonus Points
- Experience with Unity game engine.
- Experience on UA/Performance Marketing and A/B Testing
- Experience on Asset Management for Marketing
