Product Manager (Remote)

Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager with 2-3 years of experience to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our products. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently gather requirements, document processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to life while ensuring a successful go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the entire product development lifecycle for assigned features, from initial discovery to launch. Define the problems being addressed, articulate benefits, develop use cases, and create detailed workflows. Provide guidance on UI/UX design, write and review product requirement documents (PRDs), and lead go-to-market planning to ensure successful customer adoption.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and apply best practices to design intuitive, user-centric solutions that tackle key challenges. Stay ahead of market trends to ensure our product offerings are competitive and relevant.
• Lead meetings with customers, partners, and other external stakeholders to validate product direction, refine feature ideas, and align on requirements. Gather feedback and adjust product strategy accordingly to meet user needs.
• Develop and maintain product documentation for both external and internal stakeholders. Ensure all documentation is clear, actionable, and aligned with product goals.
• Partner with internal teams like design, engineering, marketing, and support to ensure seamless product execution. Foster strong relationships to ensure alignment and facilitate smooth product delivery.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to develop user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive, ensuring a seamless user experience that aligns with customer needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to review product requirements, create technical specifications, and refine project estimates. Monitor progress to ensure products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with customer expectations.
• Contribute to refining product team processes, implement best practices, and leverage productivity tools to enhance team efficiency. Drive improvements in operational workflows to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a Product Manager role, with a successful track record in product launches (SaaS experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of product development, PRDs, user stories, and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Proven experience in market research and user feedback analysis to drive product strategy.
• Hands-on experience with product management tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
