Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of both our community platform and news website. This person will play a critical role in ensuring that both products deliver exceptional user experiences, drive conversions, and align with our business objectives.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help shape the product strategy and drive growth for each platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap for Both Platforms: Develop and execute product strategies for the community platform and news website, with a strong fouc on engagement, conversion optimization, and user satisfaction.
• Conversion Optimization: Analyze users behaviour, traffic sources, and conversion funnels to optimize signups, paid memberships, and news website engagement. Implementing the best practices in A/B testing, content personalization, and conversion rate optimization.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing across both platforms to understand user needs, inform product improvements, and ensure high engagement on both the community and news sites.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with development, design, marketing, and content teams to deliver features and improvements for each platform. Ensure alignment across teams for consistent messaging and product functionality.
• Content Engagement for News Website: Work with the content team to enhance users experience on the website, focusing on article layout, navigation, and engagement tools like personalized recommendations, trending articles, and news alerts.
• Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Track KPIs for both products, including conversion rates, user retention, and engagement metrics. Regularly present insights and recommend data-driven strategies to stakeholders.
• Market Research: Stay updated on trends in cryptocurrency, fintech, and online media to maintain a competitive edge for both the community platform and the news site.
• User Feedback Loop: Create and manage processes for gathering user feedback on both products, ensuring continuous improvements that align with user expectations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in product management, ideally within SaaS, fintech, online media, or cryptocurrency.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in conversion rate optimization, user journey mapping, and using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with product management software (e.g., JIRA, Monday.com) and understanding of web development and UX design principles.
• User-Centric Mindset: Passion for creating user-focused products with a strong ability to anticipate and meet user needs.
• Excellent Communication: For collaboration across multiple teams and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Cryptocurrency: An understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape and the needs of crypto users is highly desirable.
