Role Description

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our career services. This is a full-time, remote role where you will oversee the development and implementation of our innovative career tools and services. You’ll conduct market research, define product requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that empower our customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities.
• Define and document product requirements, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop product roadmaps and prioritize features.
• Analyze product performance using data-driven insights to inform future improvements.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of product milestones.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, including defining product requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proven SaaS experience (3-5 years) and understanding of software products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, SQL, and other product management platforms.
• Strong skills in market research, product development, and project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.

Salary and Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $150,000 – $220,000 DOE.
