About The Role
In the role of Product Manager, the successful candidate will lead the strategic delivery of product capabilities, ensuring they efficiently and effectively address the most pressing problems faced by users. Success in this role requires the ability to identify user needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that delight customers.
Responsibilities
– **User Problem Solving** – Collaborate with product designers to conduct user research and analysis to identify and understand user needs and opportunities.
– Work with a bias toward action, embracing ambiguity and making decisions to advance initiatives even when not all information is available.
– Foster a culture of continuous improvement by seeking user feedback and integrating it into product iterations.
– Groom and prioritize backlog, develop user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
– Proactively identify and eliminate roadblocks that hinder product development to ensure timely delivery of product features that meet quality standards.
– Utilize metrics and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.
– Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision, priorities, and progress.
– Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to facilitate seamless go-to-market activities.
– Monitor industry trends and analyze competitors to ensure the product provides unique value propositions.
This role is remote; however, it is essential to work Pacific Standard Time hours to ensure appropriate overlap with teams and clients based in the US and Australia.
Requirements
– A minimum of 4 years experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within B2B or enterprise B2B product environments.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and user feedback to inform decisions. Experience with analytics tools such as Pendo, Fullstory, or comparable platforms is preferred.
– Highly collaborative, capable of working with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs and co-design effective solutions, including facilitating workshops and conducting stakeholder interviews.
– Ability to think strategically and collaborate with other senior stakeholders to design product solutions.
– A keen eye for modern, consistent, and innovative UI design, as well as an understanding of how it supports an intuitive workflow.
– Experience coordinating Agile teams and hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
– Skilled in collaborating with software engineering teams, effectively addressing pushback to ensure alignment on product goals and co-designing and delivering robust solutions that meet both user needs and technical feasibility.
– Experience in the legal domain is preferred but not required, as it aids in understanding compliance requirements and familiarity with legal workflows.
