Position:

Product Manager for the world’s greatest veterinary Practice Management Solution (Shepherd).

Your Mission:

Become the link between our innovative software and the veterinary practices that use it. Use your experience and passion for the veterinary field and product development to understand and design features that unlock our users’ efficiency, enabling them to take home more stories and less stress.

What you will do:

• Work with the Head of Product, Veterinary Strategist, Product Designer, and Development teams to understand the features and priorities required to deliver business value. When appropriate, engage end-users to understand their needs.
• Assist with writing and overseeing the creation of user stories and documentation for new features, current feature updates, bug fixes, and integrations.
• Monitor and analyze user feedback to understand how users engage with the product and where improvements can be made.
• Perform competitive research and data analysis while researching new features, taking a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Build feedback loops with internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Marketing, and Account Management, to incorporate feedback into the product development process.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager for a SaaS product bonus points for Animal Health.
• Strong written and verbal communication styles.
• Proven record of effectively managing end-to-end software product development.
• Posses a strong customer mindset, with a track record of keeping them at the center of your decision-making frameworks.
• Track record of breaking down complex & nebulous problems into their basic components and developing clear solutions.
