Job Summary
Reporting to the CTO, this role owns the strategy, roadmap and delivery for Cisive’s LicenseManager Pro (LMP) product offering.
In collaboration with other business stakeholders this role is responsible for identifying opportunities to optimize, enhance and develop future strategy of PreCheck’s LicenseManager Pro (LMP) solution. This role will interact with clients, prospects, internal implementation staff, other product managers, the development, infrastructure and security teams, operations staff, and any other individuals or groups who contribute to the promotion and support of this product.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Build out a sustainable roadmap for product development.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are well understood and delivered as expected.
- Work with clients to understand areas for improvement in the application, along with identifying enhancements to increase product appeal.
- Evangelize and promote the usage of PreCheck’s APIs for LMP.
- Develop release notes and clear instructions for client onboarding and support of the solution.
- Identify opportunities to simplify system configuration and onboarding of new clients.
- Participate as a product leader for all of PreCheck’s solutions to establish a unified suite of solutions.
- Identify efficiencies and improvements in support of our Operations staff.
- Partner with PreCheck Go-To-Market team on marketing and sales of LMP.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years combination of product management, business analyst, and/or product implementation experience, preferably in an agile environment.
- BS or BA in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) required.
- Business Analyst or Scrum Master Certification preferred.
- Experience with ALM tools like Jira or Rally
- Thorough knowledge of SDLC methodologies and best practices.
- Previous experience with process measurement techniques and the ability to identify, articulate, and execute change on improvement areas.
- Experience managing business stakeholders in terms of requirements gathering, scope management, requirements documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills combined with a passion to understand minute details to drive best-in-class outcomes.
